About Our Teas:
White Teas are made from the first picking of tender buds and young leaves and are very mellow and high in antioxidants and healthy plant compounds.
Our White Teas: Pai Mu Tan, Organic Tangerine
Green Teas are made from the mature leaves and are used without any further processing. They are stronger than whites and sometimes can be somewhat strong and bitter but are very high in antioxidants and other healthy plant compounds. The Matchas are ground whole tea leaves minus the veins and stems and much are higher in heathy plant compounds than regular greens.
Our Green Teas: Organic Peacock, Organic Dragonwell, Sencha, Gunpowder, Jasmine, Lemon, Blue Mango, Vanilla, Blueberry and decaf Sencha
Black Teas are also made from the mature leaves but they are crushed and oxidized and so have a whole different health profile. They do not have antioxidants but have other healthy compounds present.
Our Black Teas: Organic Earl Grey, Lapsang Souchong, Monks Blend, Elderberry, Peach Apricot, Nonsuch and decaf Peach Apricot
Oolong Teas Oolongs share the characteristics of both green and black tea. They are partially oxidized.

Red Teas Red Teas also called Rooibos Teas are herbal teas from South Africa and are very high in antioxidants and other plant compounds.They are often intensly flavored to make delightful teas.
Our Red Teas: Marche Spice (cinnimon) and Provence (lavendar), Georgia Peach, Lemon Sunshine, Organic Rooibos (unflavored) and Bourbon Street Vanilla
Floral Teas are made from selected flowers that can be added to other teas for delicate flavoring or used alone. They also have many health benefits.

Herbal Teas are made from the roots, leaves, or stems of various plants, herbs, forbs, grasses, etc. and are often used for specific health benefits.
